Terms of Service


All excursions made through www.larimeer.com are subject to the Legislation of Turkish Travel Agencies (Law no: 1618) and The Consumer Protection Law (Law no: 4077) which has recently received major amendments to harmonize with European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.


1. Tours can be booked via the website www.larimeer.com, e-mail, whatsapp, messenger, phone

2. The first named person on the booking (the “party leader”) must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By submitting the booking to us the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. The party leader must be over 18 when the booking is made.

3. The reservation is considered complete if the client provides mandatory full details: names and surnames of participants, full hotel name, room number, and city (due to similar hotel names), mobile phone number that will work in Turkey and in the case of children, their date birth.

4. The condition necessary to participate in the trip is to have confirmation of participation in the form of a ticket or text message. A ticket or sms confirmation can be issued to several people jointly. The confirmation contains the name of the ordering party, the name of the trip, the hotel, the date and time of the collection and the amount to be paid.

5. Booking a tour via the www.larimeer.com website involves the obligation to pay – in full or in advance (Nemrut, Ararat flight tours), unless the tour is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy (below). Payment for Suluada and Adrasan tours can be made in advance or on the day of the tour during pick up from hotel.

6. An order placed on our website can be paid for by: bank transfer or on site – in cash.

7. The prices on the website are with tax.

8. Order details are sent by e-mail to the address provided by the customer when completing the order.

9. After receiving the payment, an e-mail is sent to the customer confirming the purchased/booked trip. Please check this mail carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.


1. The meeting place for tours is the hotel gate (security booth, entrance barrier) or in the absence of it, the meeting place is in front of hotel on the street.

2. Meeting times given on the ticket or in the booking may change. If they change, we will contact you the day before the tour. The office reserves the right to change meeting hours. These changes are sent the day before the trip by text message to the phone number provided in the booking.

3. The customer is obliged to have the phone turned on the day before the ordered trip and during the trip. We send an update of the collection time to the phone number provided in the booking. We are not responsible for the lack of a properly working telephone or for a turned off telephone and in the event of a failure to appear at the changed collection time, the customer may be missed for the ordered trip without a refund.

4. Upon arrival in Turkey, please contact the office via whatsapp/messenger/e-mail/ telephone (the contact details are given in the Contact tab) and provide your order number. Thanks to this, we know that you have already arrived in Turkey as planned.

5. Each tour participant is obliged to appear on time at the meeting point set by the guide. In the event of delay, without prior information, preventing or interfering with the implementation of the designated program, the guide with the group has the right to move away from the waiting area.

6. The tolerance for delays of our buses is approx. 20 minutes. After this time, please contact us URGENTLY via messenger/whatsapp/by phone.

7. Our tours take place in international groups. Bus transfers for tours can be carried out with a driver. During Suluada/Adrasan excursions, information in several languages ​​will be provided on ship. Tours to Nemrut will be operated in the following languages: english, turkish. The Ararat tour will be operated in english, polish, turkish. Larimeer reserves the right to change the language of the tour operated.

8. The guide may join bus during the gathering of guests for the tour and may disembark after the end of the tour on the way back. The driver is responsible for picking up from hotels and returning guests to the hotel after the tour.

9. Tourists are required to bring passports/ID for flight excursions. Without documents, they will not be allowed to board the plane.

10. During the trip, please comply with the comments and recommendations of the pilot/guide. Failure to comply with instructions may result in immediate removal from the tour.

11. For the Ararat tour, please purchase extended/sports insurance. Please note that no insurance covers accidents caused by alcohol, unless you purchase such insurance at your own expense.

12. If the participant suffers from chronic diseases, he should have additional insurance, otherwise he participates in the trip at his own risk.

13. Vegan or gluten-free meals are not served during lunches on our trips. Lunches are usually open buffet with a choice of chicken or fish. Drinks are charged extra, unless stated otherwise in the program.

14. According to the Turkish Ministry of Tourism, a child’s age is counted according to their birth year in the identity document.

15. Children up to 3 years old traveling free of charge. For them separate sit on bus or meals are not guaranteed (they can eat with their parents). If there are no free seats, they sit on their parents’ laps. To guarantee child a separate place in the bus and meals, you can buy them this service in additional options.

16. If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking. Although we will pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met.


  • More than 24 hours before the agreed pick-up date from the hotel, it is possible to change the date, trip, number of people, and resign with a full refund of the money paid.
  • Less than 24 hours before and immediately before or during the tour, there is no refund!
  • The only exception is a sudden illness confirmed by a medical document.
  • We do not refund the cost of a trip that you will not attend without informing the office in advance.
  • Exception: We do not refund the advance payment for the Nemrut/Ararat flight trip (after receiving your reservation, we buy tickets for you and we are making booking for accommodation which are not subject to cancellation by airlines/ hotel).


  • More than 24 hours before the set date, you can change the date, trip, number of people, or cancel the trip. Less than 24 hours before the tour or on the day of departure, the agreed fee must be paid.
  • Regardless of the reason for resignation, please remember that the place occupied by you can be used by another willing tourist! Please also respect our work and inform us of your resignation as soon as possible!


  • We reserve the right to cancel all confirmed bookings under any circumstances, due to the lack of a minimum number of participants or for any other reason.
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations in cases of so-called force majeure (riots, strikes, canceled flights, bad weather conditions, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control).
  • We inform the participant about cancellations immediately by phone or via whatsapp, messenger, e-mail provided in the booking.
  • If we are forced to cancel or amend a trip, or if we are unable to guarantee the performance of the booked trip, we will refund the money paid within 14 days at the latest or offer an alternative date or alternative trip.


  • We reserve the right to change some points of the tour for organizational reasons.
  • We reserve the right to change the order of visited points.


  • Larimeer is not responsible for purchased souvenirs acquired during the tour.
  • Larimeer is not responsible for personal belongings left in transport or lost/damaged during the trip. (e.g. cameras, glasses, cameras, jewelry, clothing and others)
  • Our representative may photograph and record customers while using our Services. We reserve the right to use these materials to advertise and promote our services without obtaining additional written permission. We also reserve the right to quote customer comments and statements, also contained in e-mails sent to us, for promotional and advertising purposes of our services.
